LEVEL 1

  1. Level 1 program consists of a minimum of three 30-minute workouts per week

Level 1… is perfect if there are certain areas you want to focus on or perhaps you have not worked out in a while.

These individual sessions will allow me to focus on just you, and allow you to focus on yourself too, without comparing yourself to anyone else in a group. The half hour sessions will allow us to focus on particular parts of your body in order to achieve a more balanced look.

I will teach you how to exercise correctly using proper posture and breathing. You will also learn techniques to isolate the muscles in areas you want to improve.

Once we have achieved our desired results, we will expand the program to include other muscle groups until you're ready for the full-body strength training and cardiovascular workout.


LEVEL 2

Level 2…You've been in shape before, and you know it takes work. You also know how nice it is to work out with someone. You need someone to encourage you and be a good spot; someone who will challenge you to achieve your desired goals. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a background in nutrition, and I will be the positive influence you need.

After an initial consultation, I will create a 60-minute workout program just for you. I will work around your injuries or give you a full-body strength training and cardiovascular workout if you're up for one.

Whatever the case, it will be my goal to take you to the next level.


LEVEL 3

Level 3...You need to optimize your performance, and I will be the edge you need. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a background in nutrition and accredited through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM).

I use the NASM OPT or Optimum Performance Training model designed to improve all functional abilities. This 60-minute workout will focus on flexibility, core stabilization, balance, power, strength, and cardiorespiratory endurance.

The OPT model has had success in helping all populations reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass, strength, improve performance and overall health.


BOOTCAMP TRAINING

B. 12 sessions = $ 300 ($25.00 per session)
C. 24 sessions = $ 480 ($20.00 per session)
D. 48 sessions = $ 864 ($18.00 per session)
This is a full-body strength training and cardiovascular workout done in groups of up to seven- per session.

Unlike military boot camps, I will not yell or scream at you, I will simply push you to do your personal best within your fitness level.

I will consider any injuries or limitations you've mentioned to me and provide an alternative exercise if necessary. I will encourage you to pace yourself, and take a break if you need to regardless of what the group is doing.

JOINT (PAIRED) SESSIONS

B. 12 sessions = $ 1,320 ($110.00 per session)
C. 24 sessions = $ 2,400 ($100.00 per session)
D. 48 sessions = $ 4,320 ($90.00 per session)

This is perfect for couples and friends. This is a full-body strength training and cardiovascular workout done in pairs of two people per session.

Joint sessions consist of a minimum of two 1-hour workouts per week.
