Danny Araujo is a Certified Personal Trainer, championship wrestler, and accredited by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He uses the patented NASM Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model that has had success in helping all populations reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass, improve performance and overall health.

The OPT model is a progressive system of exercises that focuses on flexibility, core stabilization, balance, power, strength, and cardio respiratory endurance. It starts with a personal fitness assessment to evaluate your general posture and movement and exposes imbalances in your anatomy, physiology, or bio-mechanics. If necessary, you will learn corrective exercises to stabilize your core musculature and prepare your joints, ligaments and tendons for proper training. It also teaches static stretching which is a deep-tissue stretching that helps prevent injury and supports proper bio-mechanical movement.

Once Danny Araujo assesses your overall fitness health and limitations, he will help you set reasonable and obtainable goals. He will design an individualized weight-training and cardiovascular program to transform your body from the inside-out. He will put you on the right track for consistent and progressive results.

Danny will do more than help you reach your goals over time; he will encourage you to reach your peak performance.

“I am passionate about educating people in how to achieve their fitness goals. If you listen to what’s being said on television and other media, you can easily be frustrated and give up unless you have someone like me in your corner. I want to help you weed through the false testimonials and gadgets that don’t work. I truly want you to succeed and will stake my reputation on it!”
